Are the J-CASES available in store?
Our cases are currently only available through our website.
Do I need to look after my case?
We recommend that for long periods of time you store your case in a cool dry place. Wood absorbs moisture and can warp or become misshapen. With use and over time, you should expect the wood's tone and grain to age naturally. The natural aging process of premium hardwood creates a unique, unreplicable appearance that tells the story of your J-CASE's journey!
How long does it take to ship?
It will take approximately 2-3 weeks within Canada. Delays are expected due to the global pandemic. For orders outside of Canada you will receive multiple shipping options when checking out.
What do I do if my J-CASE breaks?
Within the first 10 days of receiving your product, if any manufacturing defects appear you can contact us and we'll take care of the shipping costs for return and you will be refunded the full purchase amount. After those 10 days you can refer to our lifetime product warranty click here or email us for any questions you have.
